Pros

When I started, it was actually a decent job. We had decent promotions to work with; a base salary; a boss who actually did a decent job; pay was acceptable; a decent sales team. However, all that changed very quickly.. see cons.

Cons

100% Commission; door to door sales; no gas or cell compensation; incredibly high turnover; lack of management; payroll flaws common; mandatory 6 day work weeks; selling FiOS with promotions which are not nearly as good as whats offered online; Verizon customer service sucks; unable to place orders occasionally b/c of call center and 'spot' device issues; given crappy leads; etc.

Pros

Employees that wish to begin their tech career, or see if this where they want to start, this is a good place to work first.

Cons

Management and Operations need to get their heads out of the sand. Your paycheck is always wrong and when it is they make you wait a week before you get an adjustment for what they missed.
