      At the time it appeared positioned to do good things

      Cons

      Became very apparent that the company division was used as either a project or a write off. Those that were leading the company when I arrived were forced out of the business by corporate, who installed an individual who had absolutely no interest in seeing the organization succeed.

      Pros

      Employees that wish to begin their tech career, or see if this where they want to start, this is a good place to work first.

      Cons

      Management and Operations need to get their heads out of the sand. Your paycheck is always wrong and when it is they make you wait a week before you get an adjustment for what they missed.
