      Pros

      Great meals, Decent Benefits, Beautiful Scenery.

      Cons

      Micro management. Promotions based on how popular you are not necessarily skills or experience. The CEO there destroyed the values that the Refuge was founded on. It is basically a hospital in the woods now. He turned valued employees that would give their souls for the place, into robots that hate going into work and seek employment elsewhere. Its all about the money and then the client and last but not least the employee.

      -Fulfilling work -Beautiful property -Food is fairly priced and good quality

      Cons

      -Management is not involved -Management does not understand the work that is required to safely complete tasks -High expectations with little to no support -Frequent and abrupt changes with no plan for implementation -Lack of training -Lack of communication -Inappropriate discharges of clients -Poor ethical compliance -Low pay for expectations -Clients know more than staff do regarding facility changes (I learned of my schedule change from a client)
