TRD Studios is one of the best company I ever worked with. A great work culture with a well-structured remote opportunities and good mentorship.. The culture is collaborative with an amazing team to work with. Working with the studio I got a great opportunity to learn and grow.

I didn't come across with any cons while working with this company.

While working at TRD, you are kept in the loop for most projects (even those you're not working on), hence there is a lot of learning. Brainstorming happens together. Even though my internship was remote, I was welcomed warmly and didn't feel disconnected. I've had great conversations with the team which resulted in a lot of learning about things outside of my niche of work. I was treated like an equal and my thoughts/opinions were accepted irrespective of my prior work experience.

There wasn't any lead design researcher overlooking my work. As an intern, would have liked to have someone use new research techniques.
