      Company has great potential, if founders' vision can be realized. Opportunity to be an instrumental aspect of making a company successful.

      Cons

      Intense workload at times. Still working to overcome growing pains inherent to a startup. Must be wiling to weather employee churn and short-term business volume fluctuations as business stabilizes.

      Pros

      Had a good manager while I was working there. The overall mood was a very relaxed atmosphere, where you could wear jeans everyday.

      Cons

      This company is in complete shambles. Within 2 weeks of being hired, 1/2 the company was laid off - including the CMO who was the Trade Desk's supervisor. After only being with the company 5 weeks, I was laid off as well. This new CEO, CFO and whoever else is involved with decision making at this sinking ship are a bunch of headless chickens in denial. It is a sickening site and oh so confusing that you can hire people in such a manner.
