Pros
Nice benefits (at the time of employment, they've since changed). A few perks such as discounts, treats and catered meals. There are a couple very good, dedicated managers here. Company has a bright future but many massive changes need to happen. Get to know the people in HR, they are very nice.
Cons
Horrible Work/Life balance, lowballing the industry's standard pay. Company would rather throw more bodies at work instead of compensate employees for all their hard work. Its nice to have more hands to help but those hands also take away work hours. Employees need max work hours because hourly pay is insufficient. Basically the company wouldn't invest in employees and hard workers are not valued. Managers are not qualified to manage. Unprofessionalism such as guilt trips and 'pity parties' from the veterans if the company. If you bring an issue to the higher ups they will use their own past experiences and compare them to your present experience (so you're suppose to feel sorry for them and feel bad that you brought up an issue). Bad at handling toxic environment. Issue came up, nothing was done about it (gossiper roams free). Theres not much room to grow once you have the steps down so don't expect to learn many new skills. If you are a warehouse worker looking to learn new skills in completely different, better paying jobs. You should jump at this opportunity ($$). With that said, more than a few people from outside the department were brought in to do work that they were not trained or qualified for, creating problems for other departments.
