Pros

I worked my way up from a mid level position to a management role. I found that I had support along the way, and that my ideas and insights were always valued. I noticed this happens often in the company to the people who work hard for it, put in time, and provide fresh ideas. A good chunk of management appreciates hard work, and new ideas which is hard to find in a lot of companies. Each person that works in that company will walk away with a greater understanding of luxury goods. Being a part of a new company is exciting- you get to morph and adapt to changes with a team which creates a real camaraderie.

Cons

I really don't have many cons about working for this company other than one main piece.I think that middle management should be looked at more closely and developed so that the bulk of the production workers are being overseen by management that continues to get feedback and knowledge on how to support and inspire their teams. There are many negative reviews about work life balance but I believe some of those reviews are made by people who have only been in the industry for 2-4 years.I also think life work balance is largely a personal choice, not always a companies.

Pros

Pay and commission can be good, but the structure is unnecessarily convoluted and not as generous as it seems, and you will have no work/life balance if you want to actually make consistently high commission. If you have a true passion for luxury and fashion, you do get a lot of opportunities to handle and interact with special/rare items, and depending on store location you can meet a lot of interesting industry people and celebrities, especially during Fashion Weeks

Cons

Poor and unsupportive management with extremely unrealistic demands and expectations; you will get virtually no training, but are immediately expected to know how to do everything. The overall company culture is just unpleasant and very cliquey, and there's constant employee turnover. The online customer service system is terrible, so you will frequently have to handle customer issues that have nothing to do with you/your sales.
