Pros
Good starting point for someone who wants to move out of retail/customer service industry. Definitely a hands-on learning experience, stay for a little while and move on. Free bagels on Fridays, catered lunch during overtime week, $48 grubhub credit each month (perks are lacking in comparison to other startups)
Cons
The work is tedious which may not be for everyone. NO company culture, generally a negative work environment. People crying in the bathroom/parking lot is a daily occurrence. Shuttle service is overcrowded and unreliable. Managers are not trained how to actually do the job required of the depts they manage, so if you have a question about your work TOO BAD your own manager doesn't even know the answer. NO work/life balance. In addition to required overtime week, you are are NOT ALLOWED (is this even legal???) to leave work until to you meet your goal, and you are ONLY allowed to leave early unless you EXCEED your goal (so the reward for meeting what's expected of you each day is... more work) No wonder People are quitting left and right and everyone else is looking. This place burns you out and then replaces you. Catty, high school environment. Popular/"fashionable" people are favored by management. Despite the many complaints, HR does nothing to change the deep rooted problems at TRR. Instead they have job fairs and hire more people to make up for the turnover.
