Pros

The friends you make that's it.

Cons

This is the worst place to work! DO NOT APPLY HERE! HR does nothing, if you have a problem with management they will turn it around on you and you'll get in trouble. HR also goes around telling other people your business !!! All the departments in the warehouse sat through construction which was basically illegal for people to working while it was going on! Things from The ceiling were falling on desks and construction workers were right over your head in their machines and welding sparks where flying everywhere- needless to say management did NOT care about your safety. All of that was for air conditioning ..... that can't go below 72 degreez.... thanks for putting our lives in danger for that. Or let's talk about how if the team goal Wasn't mAde they would FORCE us to stay late when it wasn't even EOM yet... the stress the attitudes the work load- maybe that's why the turn over rate is so high and why people can't get the job done because you're too tough on the employees and don't care. They don't care what you have to do after work they will NOT let you leave till the work is done even if you have worked for 8 hours

Pros

Pay and commission can be good, but the structure is unnecessarily convoluted and not as generous as it seems, and you will have no work/life balance if you want to actually make consistently high commission. If you have a true passion for luxury and fashion, you do get a lot of opportunities to handle and interact with special/rare items, and depending on store location you can meet a lot of interesting industry people and celebrities, especially during Fashion Weeks

Cons

Poor and unsupportive management with extremely unrealistic demands and expectations; you will get virtually no training, but are immediately expected to know how to do everything. The overall company culture is just unpleasant and very cliquey, and there's constant employee turnover. The online customer service system is terrible, so you will frequently have to handle customer issues that have nothing to do with you/your sales.
