Toxic management, no regard for staff - Sales Manager The Range Employee Review

Management have no compassion for staff, I was told it’s not physically possible to call in sick with sickness and diarrhoea and to call the employees bluff, stating they would be near death from dehydration if they did both and would be hospitalised, and told to tell them to take an Imodium and get into work. I have heard stories of staff being forced to work during the pandemic whilst coming into work sick with covid as they weren’t allowed any sick days, told their wages would be docked. Shelves were precariously stacked, told to get as much produce on the shelves as possible even if it looks messy.
