Pros

Nice office space. Break room usually stocked with coffee and snacks. A cleaning crew comes every night and your trash is emptied for you -- this was nice because it eliminates fights over who should be taking out the kitchen trash. Restaurants close by for buying lunch. Awesome holiday party. Owner is an exceptional salesperson.

Cons

You never really know one day from the next if you are going to lose your job or not, because the owner treats employees differently from one to another. You could be granted monitor stands when asked for them, or you could be told you will have to buy your own. You could occupy an office space built for 2 people, or be forced to share an office space built for one, while multiple office spaces sit EMPTY for MONTHS! You are occasionally reminded this is a ‘benevolent dictatorship.” Since there is no Director or Operations Manager, the staff runs amuck. I witnessed a catty, backstabbing, and hostile office environment but the owner did not take these complaints seriously.

Pros

As with any company, there are good times and bad times, but I can say for sure that since I started here at TRI, it has been an amazing ride. TRI is on an upward trend which I am super happy to be a part of since joining recently. I can say for sure that TRI has an excellent team of professionals and a very positive pro-growth environment. Leadership and management have practically done everything they reasonable do to make me feel comfortable and welcomed as a member of their team. And that is saying a lot.

Cons

To be honest, I don't see any negative situations that I would consider to be a con. Leadership and management have been making power moves to create a positive and welcoming environment and generating momentum to take the company to the next level. That is really all you can ask for.

Pros

They do pay on time.

Cons

I was hired as a Freelance writer and was given a ton of promises of the kind of the work I would be doing. From that point on I had to beg for work because if I sat waiting I would have never been given a single project. I didn't do anywhere near as much writing as they said I would and within a couple months I couldn't get any work at all. Total waste of my time. If I ever inquired into the matter I was just told business was slow. If that was the case then why bring on more writers? They do not respect the time of their writers.
