      I am able to utilize my abilities and skill set to the fullest. I am always learning something new as different scenarios present itself each day. My manager is amazing very understanding, transparent, and always willing to lend a hand.

      Long hours and weekend work, although the workload varies.

      Pros

      As with any company, there are ups and downs, especially during today's healthcare enviroment. TRG has always been flexible with me, and I with them. If someone is willing to work hard and stay at it, you will find the job satisfaction you are looking for. That is key here, and at any job. 10+ years.

      Cons

      It can be stressful with today's healthcare system. Very busy. Health insurance choices and employers matches/portion payments. Expensive.
