-shift pattern dominantly by business owner or senior manager, likely depends on person liking -bonuses planning not to avail for years (based on employees works since day one till day I left) -almost all ground/front end joined as management trainee still same position even after 2 years, almost all are management trainee even after probation period. -high turnover rate. average of 2 full timers every 3 to 5 months

friendly working environment, kitchen staff very friendly, higher ups demand a bit too much for underpaid workers
