Pros
1. weekly pay which is every Friday 2.Normally you are placed on assignments or never out of an assignment if you are a good worker. 3. i received 50 cent raises every few weeks 4 . you are gaining all types of experience because you get placed in different medical environments 5. agency staff is good with answering your calls and concerns
Cons
1. no benefits, paid vacay, 401 k, or anything like that, except for health insurance that isnt that great. I did mot use the companies health insurance because I already am insured 2. you get sent out to different doctors offices and hospitals so you are constantly meeting new people and alot of the offices you get placed to are filled with alot of snotty mean workers that dont really like working with floating temps. 3. you could be a damn good worker but for whatever reason the doctor office could not want you there and tell lies to have you removed 4. the agency does not care if it was a lie or not and will not look into it and basically not assign you anywhere else and evertime you call for work they give you the run around if you work for a temp agency shoot for being hired with that company permanently. take what you can get out of it and leave. at the end of the day they do not care about you. all that matters is what they clients say or want. protocall does not have their employees backs.
