Toxic Environment and Unhappy Employees - Account Manager The Premier Group Employee Review

Pros

The environment is fast paced and every day is different. If you're someone who can keep up and likes that each day is interesting with problems to solve, then you might enjoy this company. You will also build relationships with employees and clients along the way. While doing so you'll meet new people and get to interact with others so if you are a people person, you'll definitely be working with people.

Cons

While the pros above do exist, they are not worth it in my opinion. At The Premier Group there are high expectations with little recognition. There is no formal training and it's clear the company doesn't value you as an employee. There is no flexibility in your schedule, and from my own experience, your voice and opinion doesn't matter. In terms of growth and development, you'll begin to master the day-to-day tasks but there are not really any opportunities to move past those. While the problems you solve can be different and interesting, you are also dealing with difficult employees and sometimes clients. Unfortunately, you will not receive much support from internal employees either, which is draining. The employee turnover rate is high for a few reasons. People look for new positions because of how unhappy they are and how trapped they feel, or they'll fire you and you'll never see it coming. Without any type of performance review or evaluation, you won't know you're getting fired until the moment it happens. Employees feel exhausted, anxious, and frustrated, which ultimately makes them leave (if they aren't fired first).

Pros

Very negative experience. Just a lot of empty promises

Cons

I had a friend recommend the premier group to me. After speaking with them, I had told them I had other projects I was currently working on and would need a couple of weeks before I’d be able to work with them. They then began calling me everyday with great urgency telling me they needed me to come in to do orientation. After doing what they asked and showing up to the office multiple times to do as they asked, all of the sudden they had “no work for me” they went from harassing me daily to not having any work for me conveniently right after I filled out all of their paperwork. When I reached out to them to ask them why this was they responded with a rude text message claiming I “turned down all of the opportunities they offered” this is a load of bull and the workers here should be ashamed with themselves. Very poor communication from them, and often times extremely pushy and rude
