- super fast paced, like abnormally fast thats why the turn over rate is super high
-if u want to last in this place don't share anything, just be a robot to the owners who try really hard to relate and be ur friends, to get to know you, then gaslight u when u need help- because guess what? They won't. All they do is gaslight you about what u said previously, during conversations. They need super fast paced robots. And if u can't match the pace then its better to leave. Just don't let the owners be friend you or ask about anything personal. Better to stfu
