A job well done will be rewarded with more work and maybe a pizza party. Workplace bullying comes from the top and they hide behind all the corporate training and the pychosocial award for providing this training when they are the biggest perpetrators. Run away and don't look back.

Very, Very, Very political. If you go to work there, make sure you quickly get a perfect understanding of the office politics. 'Diversity' is what they claim to want, but if you don't fit neatly into one of their favoured diversity groups, you will find yourself on the outside real soon. Politics is much more important than performance. You will watch poor performers who know how to work their diversity soar past over-achievers who mistakenly think performance is the key to success (and over-achieving is looked down upon. Tall poppies get their heads chopped off)
