- Difficult to support yourself on this pay without a partner or a second job
- No PTO
- No matching 401k
- Hard to take time off/get shifts covered
- Very high turnover
- Studios are pretty shoddy and reside in run-down buildings
- Repetitive meetings each week and month
- Decisions made at the top (by people who haven't trained in years) disrupt your ability to work effectively and your happiness with this career
- Nutrition arm of the company is a complete mess with a lack of accountability at the top
- Not enough emphasis on growth and being career-minded through the Professional Mastery Program
- Internal systems crash during peak hours rendering them useless and forcing studios to wing it with client settings
- Reporting practices/rules are so rigid that you will be penalized for losses that aren't yours at all
- Business model has just changed from 2 clients an hour to 3 so it will be very assembly line in nature and rushed, resulting in less of a relationship with the client
