Pros

The company values (Teamwork, Evidence Based Exercise, Candor, Integrity & Customer Service) are probably my favorite part of working for this company aside from my clients. All of the trainers and upper management that I work with really live and breath these values and it makes for a very pleasant and productive work environment. There are also a lot of opportunities for both personal growth and advancement within the company.

Cons

There are no cons to working at The Perfect Workout. Aside from, if you're opening a new shift at a studio it'll be slow at first which of course means less pay but it picks up pretty quick if you're working hard.

Pros

I work with a truly amazing team. I feel like the company values are in line with my own. I think the executive team is innovative; I also feel they truly listen to individual team members and take into account their experience when making decisions.

Cons

For my role, this is not a particularly high-paying job.
