Our leadership team, including members of our executive team, regularly spends time training in studios to stay closely connected to day-to-day operations. We also recognize there’s always room to continue improving and strengthening that connection as we grow, and we value feedback like yours as an important part of helping us do better.

I work with a truly amazing team. I feel like the company values are in line with my own. I think the executive team is innovative; I also feel they truly listen to individual team members and take into account their experience when making decisions.
