Pros

The people make The Partnership. They're scrappy, talented, and truly care for each other. From day one, my career goals were heard and supported. If you're looking for an employer who cares and a fun/energetic culture, look no further.

Cons

The days are busy, but the work is worth it.

Pros

Genuinely beautiful, accessible office. Most days are a true 9–6, which is increasingly rare. Bonuses do happen and are structured fairly. Hybrid work environment.

Cons

Leadership will always prioritize visibility and perception. If you’re not loud, you might as well be invisible. PR outranks the actual work. Creativity is an accessory, not the engine. Maternity leave technically exists, but not to the extent you'll find at other agencies. AFAIK Paternity leave is not provided. Ask for clarification during interviews if this is important to you. Promotions are political. Plenty of effort can result in very little movement. High turnover and the low morale that comes with it.
