      An SME, so you will learn a lot and gain experiences.

      Cons

      Salary is kinda on a low side, and bonus is maximum of 1 month. Even if you are an overachiever. Perhaps also because of skin colour.

      Surrounded by good friends but not all.

      Cons

      Immature boss, childlike behavior, always insults other people's education, cannot be reprimanded, very very toxic behavior, likes to psycho people, likes to blame people, never apologizes, she thinks she is always right.
