7yThank you for this review, we highly value feedback from our team to ensure we can continue to provide a supportive and patient-focused environment. We understand you have some concerns here, and wanted to address them with some information you may find helpful.
In regards to pricing information, we are happy to provide a workplace where our clinical staff is able to focus solely on caring for patients, while our Patient Services staff assists patients with billing, insurance, and scheduling matters. This unique model allows our providers to make recommendations based on what is best for the patient, without having to consider cost, insurance, schedule, etc. Because of that, our clinical staff is not updated on pricing changes as it does not affect their care. Additionally, we feel confident that our rate is highly competitive and allows us to continue providing high quality facilities, tools, and support staff for the team and patients.
In regards to training opportunities, we offer a unique and valuable opportunity for part time team members to work directly with the doctor to create a patient's therapy program plan, along with the ability to work with patients one-on-one. In fact, we don't require our team to have any previous experience in the field, as our Executive Director, who is one of the most highly credentials professionals in the field, provides all training in-house. In addition to this, our Clinical and Therapy directors attend conferences and continuing education courses to ensure our team has access to the most up-to-date research and knowledge in the field. Our Clinical and Therapy directors are able to provide cutting edge ongoing training to all of our staff, including our part time team. As you mentioned, we also strongly encourage our part time team to seek out training and continuing education opportunities on their own to further increase their skill set for their roles at OCVT and the future full-time careers they will eventually seek out. With the amount of valuable one-on-one patient experience provided during a team member’s time at OCVT, we feel confident our hourly pay and additional benefits for our part time team members are extremely competitive. We strongly value the energy and commitment of our team and work hard to provide benefits that match their dedication.
