Pros

None, none, none, absolutely none!

Cons

Horrible CEO and General manager. At first, seemed credible but over time began to recognize the poor leadership and literally, the dishonesty. As a delivery driver for well over (1) year, I have sadly discovered that this company is only interested in its net profit, even going as far as to sneakily steal from the delivery drivers by cutting gratuities dramaticulky, at times, below falling 7.5%. On an $700.00 order for (50) people, that equals $48.00 versus the 15% promised which would equal $105.00. When I addressed this with a dispatcher he said i”It is the CEO’s decision to do this in order to cut the cost l(s) for the client.” Due to my push back on this, I was penalized by being given lessor orders and ultimately, in spite of my (5) Star reviews, was abruptly removed from their platform with a phone call from a man whom I had never met nor worked with. If you are desperate (and I am not) then be aware of their dealings and enter in to this from a knowing place.

Pros

Flexibility to create your own schedule and then accept/decline shifts the morning you are set to work. Full autonomy in the field. Easy work. Minimal human interaction at drop off points. Can continue to work doordash, Uber eats etc the rest of the day and do Foodja during lunch

Cons

Earnings were WAYYYY lower than the $25-50/hr the job posting promised. I took this to supplement Uber eats and doordash but it was a total BUST. Overpromised and under delivered. There were many days when I was only assigned one Foodja pick up over lunch and the final tip/pay once the order was locked in was only $13-16. $13-16 for an hour of work and almost 30 miles of driving! Hilarious! And the local manager always tried to guilt me into accepting orders because the orders were coming in whether they had drivers or not that day. They also only assigned pick ups over the lunch hour, so you better have other work lined up because there is no opportunity for a full day of Foodja pick ups. There is no way I could justify continuing to work for them given the low pay and driving distances- especially with gas prices going up!
