Pros
It's very busy so you'll make a decent amount of money by the time your shift ends. It's also nice having food runners.
Cons
You are often scheduled for doubles and work in the hot sun. You'll get fatigued and sunburned. The restaurant is huge so there's a LOT of cleanup to be done if you have a closing shift.
