Our Benefits Team, does an annual review of the market data to ensure we have a competitive benefits package. We also make changes when needed to keep up with the market.  As part of the package, we offer vacation which starts at 2 weeks the first year, then 3 weeks in year 2, moving to 4 weeks in year 5.
