Pros
Newly remodeled office space is a great improvement. Somewhat flexible hours (see followup under "Cons"). Free coffee, large cafeteria, and plenty of parking space.
Cons
Please note: be weary of positive reviews for this company. They run "social media contests" where they encourage employees to leave positive reviews on Glassdoor and Facebook in exchange for prizes and raffle entries. Unfortunately, this is a very stressful company to work for. Upper management and the art directors are very closed-minded, ego-driven, and unpleasant to work with. Office politics play an immense part in your daily work day. They preach "The MX Values" such as "respectful feedback over politeness and hierarchy" and "openness to feedback over personal pride", however you quickly find out this is not the case. A blame-driven environment quickly saps any creativity in favor of inner-office politics. Salary employees are taken advantage of, and forced to work extra and late hours without compensation. No appreciation, and employees are treated as disposable assets. Absolutely no room for advancement. This explains the high turnover rate.
