There are a lot of hardworking people here. Almost everyone stays back at work every night voluntarily with no employee remuneration

Management cannot be trusted. Started off good but when new management came in this company started putting management first rather than their employees, and pushed hidden agendas while lying to their employees. They'll take all your knowledge until they don't have any use for you and don't believe in training or developing their staff. This company is full of seagull managers who criticize and interrogate the work that their staff do rather than trusting their staff. Management trash talks behind their clients and media partners back, and can right some pretty nasty emails to employees that were leaving in the past. They were not considerate or flexible to past employees who had mental issues or wanted to go back to study, preferring to give ultimatums instead.
