Good job for early career but low pay and no growth opportunities - Analyst The Maze Group Employee Review

From the moment I started at The Maze Group, I knew I was going to enjoy working here. Everyone was very welcoming, positive, and helpful. I feel valued, the work life balance is great, and the CEO and leadership are transparent and always willing to answer questions. There are bi-weekly company wide meetings so everyone always feels like they are up to date with what is going on.

Average benefit package in terms of insurance and 401(k), would like to see improvements here.

Unlimited PTO, annual company get together, fun coworkers.

Leadership isn't required to have formal training or experience, leading to issues for those who aren't good leaders or communicators. When/where they lack, they don't get training and the departments suffer. This has been an issue since I started but has become more apparent over time as the company has grown. Even when multiple coworkers brought up the issue with senior leadership. If this is fixed, Maze will once again be a great place to work.
