Hikes are dependent on the perception of good work vis-a-vis real good work and you are expected to constantly play a yes man to the CEO and his 3 Business Directors and in case you don't tick the boxes there, be prepared to feel excluded and forced to leave. Have seen some amazing talent, at least 3-4 of them being forced to quit under very questionable circumstances
