      Quarterly and Yearly Bonuses are good. 2% of net profit.

      Cons

      Vacation blackout dates are too many. Base pay is very low. Lost of half days during holiday weeks is unethical and illegal. Company will nickel and dime you if you leave.

      -Pretty Good Coworkers who seem like they care -flexible hours most of the time

      Cons

      -Hard to get things done without going through other people -things are meticulous and the owner is a hoarder -The back room is an absolute mess -No employee Bathroom or Gender Neutral Bathroom -Not very good upper management
