Pros
- coworkers were overall nice, but gossiped constantly it felt a lot like high school (even adults gossiped) - Shane and Amy were the best managers. I think they knew my strengths and helped me grow. - good pay for being fresh out of college with a degree
Cons
- long hours. Even for part time. 8-9 hour shifts. I feel like there should be more options without being undercut extremely on hours. - the other managers seemed to lack a lot of empathy and were condescending. You mess up once, they’ll have a personal vendetta on you for the rest of your employment - I never had to deal with the President, but others did and the HORROR stories about her I mean you would be afraid to even look in her direction cause she could just turn around and yell at you. - Again, felt like it was a high school. Maybe because most of the employees were in that age range, but the overall vibe felt very clique-y and you were in or out.
