Pros
MOST co-workers work together if they have the "patient-first" mentality, some others on the other hand, NOT so much.
The residents become like family.
Cons
Unless you are in a clique with management personnel, expect to only be secure in your job if you work nights. Day shift personnel get bullied by management until you leave or they nit-pick until you are fired. If you are not part of the clique, you are disrespected and accused of things that don't happen and have no chance to relay your side of the story. Do NOT work here unless you absolutely have to. You are encouraged to disrespect the people "lower" than yourself on the hierarchy.
