Pros
Of course they need to make a profit, but they also put effort into their employees. Providing 4 ten hour days gives us 3 days off. More time with family. Paying a fair wage and providing little extras that most other company's don't. The company expects dedication and personal investment in the process in return.
Cons
Minimal - shop gets hot a few days a year, but extra breaks are provided. I guess if you have a habit of not showing up for work, their attendance policy but I see why they need us there and it isn't an unfair policy, just saying. That's all I can think of right now.
