Pros

None - I just can't think of even one.

Cons

Poor insurance - average family cost is $1200/month No raises - for some people, 10 years The people that have been there for 10-30 years are the lowest paid, some are at poverty level!! Poor management - lives off of threatening layoffs as motivation to work harder No educational benefits - not even in your department to keep up with the market No training or poor training Management is not consistant with anyones hours - some full time people only work 20hrs/wk, and others have to work all the time - they expect you to be online 24/7 Discriminates against women - several lawsuits were won against this company Management likes to threaten people, cuss at them, yell, scream, very poor behavior - this goes all the way to the Sr VP, CIO and on.... If you have no self respect, no desire to do anything in your life, this is a good job You are not allowed to express your opinion or to disagree in a meeting - only listen. If you are not from New York, you will be treated like a hill billy and made fun of.
