Term time salary that means very law for London Not offering part _time Staff room needs to have everyday coffee,team, sugar,milk and cups. This is basic reward. Filling a form for 1 minute lateness is rediculous it should increase to 15 minutes. Employee of the month applies to people who achieve sales tasks.Working in the SEN field all the staff are the employee of the month. I am not sure if the school needs a headteacher because the Head and the Head assistant are doing the most of the job.
