Pros
TLC has a very professional environment because of the assistant director. She does a phenomenal job. There are multiple employees who are great candidates for mentoring anyone who is looking to pursue a career in early childhood education.
Cons
The owners will hire anyone in order to pay them a low rate. This has brought the quality down over the past few years. This also makes it more difficult to work here and the pay is not a living wage as it should be. The owners are very cheap and are always looking to save money.
