Cons
1) Everything.

3) Horrible upper management who will throw lower level people under the bus to make themselves look good.
4) High turnaround.
5) Very few in upper/executive management care about leading.
6) The pay.
7) Virtually every department is under staffed and worked to death.
Too many to list...we used to get free health insurance from KPC Health then they moves us to Global and we have to pay. Nobody replies to emails and can make a decision. We had to use flex days last year. "ESOP" stock was bogus (see the class action lawsuit about it).
