Pros

Comp structure is advantageous at the highest tiers.....just impossible to get there unless your one of leaderships favorites

Cons

- Extreme favoritism by leadership to a select few. This is highly reflected on the weekly scorecard where the same people are given most of the new business coming in. - Very much a boys club environment - If you're not up for regular forced awkward drinks, then this company probably isn't going to be a good fit for you - Working here has made me want to get out of the staffing business - I had no idea how much turnover there had been till I looked on LinkedIn by "Past Companies" - The new CEO is the old CFO, so as you can imagine cost and bottom line are the focus of nearly everything that runs through the organization. - We were acquired by a Private Equity firm recently, which now drives everything we do based on Metrics. - We have a lot of meetings with leadership asking us how we would rank them on a scale from 1-10 while they are in the room and staring right at us. - I'm unable to effectively do my job due to the new culture that has been created here.

Pros

I had a truly positive onboarding experience with The Intersect Group and can confidently say the process exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the recruiters & operations coordinators were professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Communication was clear, timely, and consistent, which made the entire onboarding process feel smooth and well-organized. They took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure I felt prepared every step of the way. What stood out most was the level of care and professionalism shown throughout the process. Starting a new role can naturally bring some anxiety, and the team at The Intersect Group did an excellent job of easing those concerns through transparency, encouragement, and follow-through. I’m grateful for the experience and would highly recommend The Intersect Group to anyone seeking a recruiting partner that values people, communication, and professionalism.

Cons

The onboarding process moved quickly, which required prompt attention.
