Pros
- Fellow colleagues at the same level are helpful and encouraging - Helping clients intern and have great experiences abroad can often be rewarding
Cons
- Work culture promotes and expects working after hours which leads to employee burn out and high turnover - Preaches that all employees are "family," yet in the few years I worked there, there were two rounds of company-wide layoffs: one due to mismanagement and poor oversight of company funds and one due to COVID. There was also a re-structuring process that involved employees interviewing for their existing positions and employees being let go. - Management often targets and hires recent graduates living abroad in countries such as Colombia and Chile who may have limited options for employment and willing to accept low salaries - Limited upward growth potential in the company - Very limited focus on employees' professional development
