Pros

No pros at all, a total sham

Cons

Any positive review is fake as the owner asks the employees to make up accounts and put up false reviews. This is not a great company to work for, the owner is a scam artist and narcissistic. If you have morals this is not the place to be … it’s not a remote position, that is a lie they tell to get you in, then they switch it up on you once you’re hired. There is no actual protocols and it is all made up as you go. They find ways to take money from clients and not refund and will want you to participate . The owner is sexist, racist , and condescending… RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND DON’T LOOK BACK !! Owner is a doctor however follows no health protocols. There is no room to grow and they will exhaust you with no pay opt raise.

Pros

the work itself is easy, patients are nice for the most part. Can be snobby and think they know better than you. Sometimes you get tipped really well by them.

Cons

it’s an ‘easy’ job but their disorganization bleeds into your work life balance. They’ll have you go from soho to the upper east side to midtown to upper west. The scheduling team incessantly texts/calls you on your days off to see if you can take an appointment. It’s Sporadic work. Mind you, if you’re not driving (how can you with congestion pricing) you’re lugging 5-10 litres of saline on you.
