Ability to transfer to another store, very good insurance options, paid vacation and sick/personal days, success sharing, investment options, wide variety of opportunities and shifts available, associate recognition program(s).
Cons
Rarely if ever staffed well enough to deliver upon The Orange Promise. Expectations that require more than possible, unless staffing were adequate and all transactions and systems worked perfect all the time. Ratings of customer satisfaction that put your store in the cellar, unless the VOC rating is a 10. Micro managing does not enhance the customer experience. Treating DS's like children and not allowing them to be empowered to make the intelligent choice, without higher up approval with regard to working extra hours within reason.
