Pros

Flexibility, decent amount of PTO, remote/hybrid availability, autonomy, and mostly good people.

Cons

Competence varies vastly amongst lower level leaders. Lacking in consistency. Typical corporate environment at the end of the day. Compensation structure for UW’s likely needs to be revised to more closely align with our highly partnered and more highly compensated sales counterparts.

Cons

High workload, minimal adjustments to metrics, lots of system issues, not enough active mentoring, terrible communication between departments/teams at times especially HR, employee benefits & claims, and management.
