      Continuous management turn over resulting in confusion of roles and lack of advancement opportunity, unreasonable pay for internal employees who have been with the company several years.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
