Great company that's been around for more that 150 years! Great benefits and is located in a beautiful building that's in the heart of Atlanta. Very friendly staff. Many people have been with the company for 5 plus years. Room for growth is definitely there. In this position you MUST wait a year before you can do anything.- tuition reimbursement, 401 K, promotions, designations, etc. so be aware of that coming in!
Cons
Too many freaking systems!!! Its very overwhelming. There's at least 7 standard systems you must navigate through daily along with other random forms, notes and websites you must use based on each scenario that may come your way. Training can ONLY do so much. On average it takes a year or so to get comfortable and used to the system(s).
