      The folks are generally kind and above average ability level.

      Cons

      The management is old school and male dominated. They do not get rid of or develop poor management. Management is not selected by talent rather “old boy” - sand box rules.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
