      CARE Values Great internal community, never felt uncomfortable or like an "outcast" in large settings Company cared for your personal health, and what went on outside of work

      Not many cons, I believe COVID made a tough impact to the training aspect, which led to future issues and mistakes which were tough to correct or never corrected.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
