      Pros

      Plenty of autonomy, nice co-workers, well managed company. Senior management provides frequent communications about the direction of the business.Relatively little beauracracy.

      Cons

      Salaries are low compared to other in-house positions. Great benefits help to make up for some of the deficit, but in a tight legal market, the Company may not be equipped to compete for legal talent.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
