i had a good manager, but not everyone has the same. stable job with good insurance. they match 401k contribution and typically put a bonus into the 401k every year as well.
Cons
call center run so you have bad management and management plays their favorites game. they have a highly unnecessary quality program that is basically get every point or fail every time.
