Great benefits, great work life culture, great management.
Cons
This is only a con for me. There are not any advancement opportunities particularly for the fields I'm interested in, as a remote employee...however, if your local or willing to do other jobs, that I personally have no interest in, well then there are tons of advancement opportunities. And they always try to promote from within.
